Every day is a little different
Part office, part people, part out in the field. If sitting in one chair all day sounds like slow torture, you'll love this.
Run the front of the business
Answer calls, respond to new leads while they're hot, schedule estimates, and keep the calendar tight. You're the calm, organized voice that makes Panther feel buttoned-up and easy to work with.
Meet homeowners face to face
Drive out to a garage, greet the homeowner, measure the space, and walk them through colors and options. Over time — with full training — you'll build the estimate and quote it on the spot.
Follow through & coordinate
Follow up with customers, collect deposits, snap project photos, help coordinate jobs, and pitch in on marketing and operations as we grow. The kind of details that turn a good company into a great one.

Customers & communication
- Answer incoming phone calls

Concrete coating experience is not required. We'll teach you the trade. We can't teach character.
